We form a JV with your company to develop renewable energy projects for your supplier network. You bring supply-chain relationships and priorities; Peak Energy brings the capabilities to deliver and operate the projects.

    Form the JV and define the opportunity.

    Together, we identify priority markets and suppliers, assess their energy needs and agree the partnership's scope, investment responsibilities and ownership structure.

    Bring renewable power to your suppliers.

    Peak leads project development, financing arrangements, construction and long-term operations. Participating suppliers purchase renewable electricity under agreed energy contracts, supporting more competitive, lower-carbon operations.

    Share in the value the projects generate.

    Suppliers' electricity purchases generate project revenues. As a JV partner, your company shares in the resulting commercial returns under the agreed terms, linking supply-chain decarbonisation to a new business opportunity.

Flexible ownership. A structure we build together.

There is no single fixed ownership model. We can discuss different equity stakes, investment commitments and governance arrangements to align the JV with your company's objectives and preferred level of involvement.

Illustrative model. Energy savings and emissions reductions depend on each project. Revenue sharing, costs and partner distributions are subject to the agreed JV terms; project revenue is not a guaranteed distribution.

貴社は合弁事業のパートナーとして、自社のサプライヤーに電力を供給する再生可能エネルギー事業に参画します。合意した出資比率と収益配分の仕組みに基づき、サプライチェーンの脱炭素化を進めながら、プロジェクトが生み出す事業収益の一部を得ることができます。

Peak Energyは貴社と合弁会社（JV）を設立し、貴社のサプライヤーネットワークに向けた再生可能エネルギープロジェクトを開発します。貴社はサプライチェーンとの関係や事業上の優先事項を共有し、Peak Energyはプロジェクトの開発・実行・運営を担います。

    合弁会社を設立し、事業の範囲を定める。

    優先する市場とサプライヤーを共同で選定し、それぞれのエネルギー需要を評価します。そのうえで、事業の範囲、投資に関する役割分担、出資構成を合意します。

    サプライヤーに再生可能エネルギーを供給する。

    Peak Energyがプロジェクトの開発、資金調達の手配、建設、長期運営を主導します。参加するサプライヤーは、合意した電力契約に基づいて再生可能エネルギーを購入し、競争力の強化と事業活動の低炭素化を進めます。

    プロジェクトが生み出す収益を共有する。

    サプライヤーによる電力購入が、プロジェクトの収入となります。貴社は合弁事業のパートナーとして、合意した条件に基づく収益配分を受け、サプライチェーンの脱炭素化を新たな事業機会につなげます。

貴社に合う仕組みを共に。

出資構成は一律ではありません。貴社の事業目標や希望する関与の度合いに合わせて、出資比率、投資額、ガバナンスの設計を柔軟に協議できます。

本モデルは一例です。電力コストの削減効果および排出削減量は、各プロジェクトの条件によって異なります。収益配分、費用負担、パートナーへの分配は合弁契約で合意した条件に従います。プロジェクトの収入は、パートナーへの分配を保証するものではありません。
